Brewer Memorial Park is a 1-acre open lawn pocket park located near the base of Woods Memorial bridge on Lady's Island, adjacent to the Whitehall Boat Ramp. The park offers a beautiful vista and green space in an urban setting and features water access from the Factory Creek Fishing Pier.
The stormwater demonstration best management practices constructed at the park include pervious concrete parking, gravel drive aisle, and bioswales, which control stormwater runoff from Hwy 21 and prevent erosion of Factory Creek shoreline.
The park is co-owned by the County and Open Land Trust, both of whom provides property maintenance.
